Everyone is on a journey to become the best versions of themselves, and therapy can be a
powerful tool in that process. If you're feeling intimidated or overwhelmed about starting
therapy, I commend you for taking this step. My goal is to support you and meet you where you
are on your journey.
I am fluent in both English and Cantonese and have extensive experience working with diverse
populations. My background includes supporting children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety,
depression, ADHD, parenting issues, Autism, trauma, parenting issues, grief, and life transitions.
I’ve also helped adults navigate complex issues such as such as homelessness, psychotic disorders, and
substance use in a community mental health setting. My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion and collaboration. I draw from various
modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices,
psychodynamic approach, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
I’m a woman in transition, scared and unsure of my next move. I’m afraid I will fail. I’m afraid that I’m not good enough.
I’m a woman who is unfulfilled and uncertain. No one knows the heavy weight of inadequacy and fear of abandonment I carry daily. My smile is the mask I wear to to hide the pain of my insecurities. No one sees the real me.
