Hi, I’m Jae—a culturally affirming therapist, millennial, and mom navigating the beautiful chaos of life. As a Black woman, I know how important it is to have a space where you don’t have to explain yourself—where you can just be. I’m here to offer that space. Whether you’re moving through major life transitions, navigating motherhood, unpacking self-doubt, or healing from past experiences, I’ll support
you in a way that feels safe, empowering, and real. My work focuses on self-esteem, inner child healing, relationships, grief, trauma, and adjusting to change.
Therapy with me is all about you—your journey, your pace, your healing. I take a holistic, person- centered approach, blending traditional talk therapy with somatic techniques like breathwork and movement because healing isn’t just about the mind—it’s about the body, too. We carry so much—unspoken grief, heavy expectations, the pressure to be strong. But healing happens when we soften— unlearn the need to push through, and allow ourselves to rest, feel, and exist without performing. Here, you don’t have to hold it all together. You can breathe, be seen, just be. So tell me,
what are you waiting for?
I’m a woman in transition, scared and unsure of my next move. I’m afraid I will fail. I’m afraid that I’m not good enough.
I’m a woman who is unfulfilled and uncertain. No one knows the heavy weight of inadequacy and fear of abandonment I carry daily. My smile is the mask I wear to to hide the pain of my insecurities. No one sees the real me.
